Question about Group Message Inboxes (e.g. trust_level_2)

I’d like to suggest an improvement to the messages inbox… It would be great if we could show (i.e. prioritise or even only show) the group full names in the messages inbox (rather than the @groupnames). Ok, so here’s what I did that created an issue or at least something I’m trying to understand:

I went to Groups > Trust Level 2 > Message and sent a message to the group.

However, it seems this added a new group inbox for all 80+ members of the Trust Level 2 group (pathetic numbers, I know ). Even after deleting the message, I impersonated a TL2 test user and saw that the group inbox (e.g. trust_level_2) still shows up in their Messages UI (even though messages is empty/deleted):

Questions:

1. How can I revert this so that it goes beck to only showing the single “Inbox” under messages?
2. Will this group inbox now always appear for all TL2 members even though empty?
3. Can admins or users configure things so that these group inboxes don’t show up permanently?
4. Can these group inboxes be nested under the main Inbox?

Trying to prevent clutter or confusion for group members.

I think since you deleted all the messages in there, it should eventually disappear per:

empty group inboxes will be cleared up in ~12 hours.

Thanks for that. I’ll check in a few hours. Also is there anyway to nest these group inboxes instead of being separate from the main Inbox?

EDIT:

I checked back and it’s now deleted. I guess because it has underscores. Is there any way to rename the title of those Trust level groups? e.g. Trust Level 2 instead of trust_level_2 ?
