Reaction Emoticons

I was wondering if anyone here is using something similar to the Vicomi Reaction Feelbacks (Reactions – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org English (Canada)) on their Discourse. We’d love to add a more interactive and qualitative way for users to express their opinions on posts or topics that the ‘Like’ doesn’t provide.
