I seem to recall something similar happened with the PG12 update, and I’m not sure now, but I had to ./launcher stop app1/2/3 (all the other apps on the server as we run multiple containers) as that’s the only way the upgrade worked - but I’m not sure now.
Think I posted in the upgrade topic but all replies were auto-pruned - could a mod go through my replies there to see if that was the case then too please? (I did try stopping all other containers again, but it still doesn’t work unfortunately).
