On my old forum I can see registered users, but on my new one (freshly installed today) there is no one:
The user directory isn’t updated instantly, I think it updates a couple times a day… were users added after the time shown here?

You can also speed this up by running these jobs from your /sidekick/schedular page:
jobs::DirectoryRefreshDaily
jobs::DirectoryRefreshOlder
