Removed Moderator still has Moderator Flair?

Seems like this bug has been here for a while, reported here:

Moderater flair stays even after moderator status is removed

Someone I know was recently a moderator in a forum, and had a moderator flair. Their moderator status was removed, but they kept the flair until they eventually decided to change it. In their settings the active flair was shown as ‘(none)’.

You may also want to try the Rails command suggested in User flair remains after user is removed from group.
