Restrict topic access by topic tag - user group

For example, I would like to let users see all topics but only users in a specific group(s) can access them (others will be redirected to an error page)

When do you need it done?
In 1 ~ 2 years maybe, not an urgent issue

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?

Idk if it’s able to achieve so would like to see what developers say.

Considering this may require a lot of work and the following work (don’t think is a done once and for all task :thinking: because sounds complex…correct me if I’m wrong)
