I am current running a Vietnamese forum (forum.uan.vn) and as of right now we cannot search for categories with Vietnamese names when posting, for example: Thông Báo (Announcement). Other non-unicode categories show up just fine.

As our forum has a lot of categories, it would be helpful to be able to do that.
Or is there a setting that I am not aware?
