Set badges to be auto granted?

As a member of the Worldgusser forum I saw that there are some badges that aren’t normally a discourse made badge that seems like it is auto granted such as this one below

if I’m not mistaken it seems like this is an auto granted badge but not a badge discourse comes with is there a way I can make my own badge and then set it to be automatically granted if a certain criteria is met from the admin dashboard?
