Setting Form Templates with a tag

The table also shows the categories that each template is currently active in.

Could such templates also be associated with tags?
This would be fantastic in changing the form based on a required tag group: selecting required tag A through E will show one of forms A through E.

it would be nice if there would be an option to assign a tag to each input option that would be then added to the topic (obviously optionally, so I could choose whether to add a tag for any specific input) so that one can not only fill the body of the topic but also its tags for better filtering later on.
