Show tag filter on mobile view

Is there a way to show the tag filter on mobile? It appears to be hidden/not exist.

Are you looking at /latest, or at a category page?

Looking at latest on mobile I see no tag filter:

But if I look at Dev it’s there at the top:

I think it’d be nice to add also or adding the tags page to that mobile dropdown menu (the one with categories, latest, top, unread etc.). Though I’d say dropdowns for categories and tags would be ideal.
