Sidebar has disappeared

I had my sidebar, and then accidentally pressed something that removed it, and now I can’t get it back.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

Disclaimer: I am nowhere near as tech aware as every single other member of this space so I apologise for such a clueless question, which I’m sure has a very simple answer

Do you see a ‘hamburger’ icon (three horizontal lines)? Click that.

You might also try safe mode if you actually broke it with a theme.
