Sign Up form is showed on SSO enabled instance

Hi @techAPJ

This might be a bug with SSO.

I just tested the signup link you posted on my Discourse/WP install which uses the Official Discourse SSO plugin, and the Discourse signup popup appears. Shouldn’t that link redirect to the WP login page?
