Sign up modal does not render when local logins are disabled

Oh I see now, it fails only on the “Sign Up” modal. The “Login” one works.

I installed the recent forum, the problem only happens when I disable the option

I just merged a fix for this earlier today; if you update your site you should see the modal for account creation.
