Since your last visit layers aligning to right

Not a huge issue but some of my users are asking about it. Baiscally my emails for “Since your last visit” have gone all right aligned. I haven’t made any changes to that feature that I am aware of. Anyone know why this might have occurred? I get the same email from this forum and that is center aligned.

Do you know what email client the users that experience this right alignment use?

I use Gmail and the digest email is centered:

I also tried with the default MacOS email client, and didn’t encounter the issue.
