Would it be possible to add a button for staff users somewhere next to ai summary button which can find the possible solutions for the topic? It would be really helpful and a real timesaver for staff if a topic has a lots of replies.

It would works something like ai summary but instead of summarize topic it compare and filter which is the best answer for solution and list it.

Probably it’s possible with persona too but I think would be better with a dedicated button.

An idea @Falco and I kicked around for quite a while was “guided summary” option.

Like you have custom prompts for “helper” allow you to enter a custom prompts for summary.

I can envision a system like this solving this issue.

We would need to work out the UI and long term persistence for custom prompts like this, but I feel like it could help.

Another idea (and something that already exists but could be refined is)

“Talk to my topic” - if you are chatting to a chatbot in a chat window and a topic is on the screen, the topic becomes context. This would take a bit of persona fiddling cause the current context is somewhat limited.
