Damn, so after this last time:
I woke up this morning to my site being down because the certificate has expired.
I did a ./launcher rebuild app and that renewed the certificate so at least my site is back up now, but why is the certificate not being renewed automatically?
I feel like this popped up a couple months back, how up to date is your version?
Since I rebuilt, it is definitely up to date now (and I checked and it is 2026.1.0).
It was not alerting me about necessary updates, so I’m not sure what it was before. Maybe it doesn’t alert me about needed updates any more?
umm… I think there may have been a version naming change recently that maybe effected the alerts??? I’m guessing here
But I thought a month or two back there was a buggy that caused certs not to renew and it got fixed pretty quick
OK, well, hopefully that was it, I’ve got a calendar alert for a few weeks before the next expiry so I’ll double check it (sadly, I had one for this expiry too but the alert was not assertive enough to get my attention!). Thanks.
