Subsequent post illustration calls don't create a new illustration

Omg, already scared of the time I’ll burn playing around with this! :see_no_evil:

Changing the initial prompt doesn’t generate new thumbnails, so it seems we only have one shot right now?

No, it depends. Sometimes it gives two, sometimes four.

I think we have a bug there, where it’s caching the call / prompt.
