Tag group disappears from docs filter after renaming it

When tag group is added to docs and then renamed, they disappear from docs filter.

To repro:

  1. Enable show tags by group
  2. Add a tag group to docs tag groups
  3. Rename the tag group
  4. Tags disappear from docs filter while in the settings the old tag group name is still assigned.

Tested on 3.2.1. stable
