Topic suggestion which based on exist topic is very useful.
But when I type in Korean, topic suggestion filter doesn’t work properly.

Interesting, what happens in the category drop down then ? (when creating a topic)
In the category drop down, it works! 
But in the tag input, it doesn’t work.
