TL4 users do not have the ability to delete posts/topics, but do have access to the “admin wrench” as they can split/merge topics. However, when they choose Select Posts... followed by select all they do see delete selected which fails to work and causes the following errors to appear:

I have just spotted this - TL4 user trying to delete all messages in a private message topic fails to work. At first, a red line appears:
But nothing seems to happen.
