Trying to figure out how to turn off the following message at the admin level. Can anyone point me in the right direction/is it possible to disable this?

I don’t think so. The description for that one is Maximum number of replies a new user can make in a single topic until someone replies to them.
The message I’m trying to turn off can get triggered by all users, not only new ones, and is specifically only about replying too many times to another individual user.
