Twitter OAuth is broken. https://meta.discourse.org/u/rokejulianlockhart/preferences/account#:~:text=​-,twitter,-Connect gives me https://meta.discourse.org/auth/failure?message=request_error, which states

An error occurred when starting authorization. Please try again.

Yeah something wrong with it. Try to connect Twitter account on Account setting

Thanks for the report, this should be fixed here now. Looks like our oauth credentials had been invalidated (not clear to me why).
