Unable to change default email digest frequency

I am unable, as Admin, to change the default email digest frequency for users. I can sure select one of the other options, say “daily”. but nothing happens when I change and click on the green arrow button. Its seems stuck in “weekly”

How to get around this? I want to have all users get digest email daily.

What Discourse version are you on?

Also, can you share a screen recording of this change with your console open, any errors in the console?
