Unable to find Edit HTML/CSS for default selected Theme

I did some CSS customization to my theme, but now I am unable to find the Edit HTML/CSS button.

Restrict editing of remote themes means that you need to update the theme in github.

Since this comes up almost every day now, can we put a notice on the page that says something like

:mega: If you want to edit this theme, you must edit it on GitHub

Where the last part is a direct link to the github repo for that theme.

We’re way way past rule of 3 on this one @eviltrout @sam.

We should do something, but we can’t say “edit on Github”, most users won’t have repo access to do that…

What if we said:

If you want to edit this theme, you must submit a change on GitHub

Sounds good to me! I think that page needs some kind of pointer or direction for people who want to edit; we’ve had way more than 3 meta topics about it since the change.

@pmusaraj can you add this one? Thanks!
