Unable to rebuild app after installing these plugins

Hello,
I am doing a test installation at DigitalOcean. However I am unable to Rebuild the App after adding some PLUGINS. The stance part is, even after I remove the Plugins I added, it still will not Rebuild.
The first Plugin in the Plugin code Block is what came with digitalOcean installation, so I followed same format. So, what could be wrong?

Here is the entire yaml file

This form of installation is not supported here. You must use a basic VPS and follow the standard install process instead.

Doesn’t that just do a standard install under the hood?

What new plugins did you install?

At a guess looking at your file comment out the “procourse” plugin. It is the last one in the list.

https://github.com/procourse/procourse-static-pages.git

The original plugin is no longer maintained. There is a fork.

That being said it might be broken again due to changes in core.

When installing plugins it is a bit of pain. But add one rebuild, check site if rebuild successful and site working. Proceed to install next plugin.

I have no idea tbh but these past posts have made me wary of it.

I’d remove the procourse and pavilion plugins first.

Thanks all. I simply abandoned the Digital Ocean install being that it is unsupported. I then followed the standard install route that’s documented and community supported, but my new problem is that, Initial Activation email is NOT being sent. Kinda Odd
