Undeleted Posts Does Not Reduce Deleted Post Count

@tgxworld When I undelete a post on Discourse it does not reduce the deleted post count on my profile.

Repro Steps:

  1. Go to your user profile and note number of deleted posts on banner.
  2. Create a post.
  3. Delete the post.
  4. Go to your user profile and note number of deleted posts on banner.
  5. Go to deleted post and undelete.
  6. Go to your user profile and note number of deleted posts on banner.

The bug is the deleted post count in #4 and #6 is the same, when actually #6 should be 1 deleted post less than #4.

@rhrmn Iā€™m unable to reproduce this on http://try.discourse.org/. The count for my user profile is correctly updated when I delete and recover a post.

It may be an issue with the Discourse forum at https://forums.ageofempires.com.

Would you be willing to create a test account there and try it? I do not know Discourse well enough to recommend a server fix.

We are not hosting age of empires so it is hard for us to debug stuff like this there as we have no control over what code they are running and what plugins and customizations.

We need a repro on https://try.discourse.org or on meta (or a site we host)

Can you repro on try? Maybe there is a missing step in your repro?
