When user is promoted to TL1, he/she gets PM with the following link:
https://blog.discourse.org/2018/06/understanding-discourse-trust-levels/

But when you click it, you get this warning on Chrome/Mac:

Is this something with my install at pojalabanda.com or browser?

Thanks for reporting @Lure, the problem was on our end, and it should now be resolved.
