Is there plans to be able to give groups more upload space privileges instead of raising it for everyone

Oh ok well if there is something planned in the future that would be nice because it would allow premium uploads for donators

We are interested too (planning to give cheers and build a tip and/or reward system integrated with Monero in Discourse) 
Trust levels for us will be mandatory and granular permissions are always good to have.
