I have two users that can’t log into the forum anymore. If they click on the login, it takes them back to the website.
This appears to have happened in the last week, as both were able to get in before.
Does anyone have any solutions to this or ideas that might help?
They CAN log in using the discourse phone app …

hmmm sounds a bit like a browser issue. 
maybe have them try incognito mode or a different browser. have you tried impersonating either of them and trying the login yourself? also maybe check and see if both users are using the same browser.

Thanks, Lilly. I made them try different browsers. I haven’t tried impersonating them. One uses a PC, and one uses a Mac. I thought it might be their antivirus program. Checking to see if they have the same one.
