All strings applied to numbers with translation keys starting from user_notifications.digest need pluralization. It is hard to translate correctly otherwise.
For instance, the keys with the following suffixes:
- new_topics
- unread_messages
- unread_notifications
- liked_received
There might be more of them used with numbers.
