User-support category: works for anonymous, not for existing users


We have created a “support” category, with an email and allowing anonymous posting.

It works great for “unknown” (staged) emails, however, existing users get rejected, as they aren’t anonymous but don’t have the permission to post

however, it doesn’t seem to have an option to create but not read, and we don’t want to have all users being able to read the requests from someone else

Would you have a way of sorting that? it feels kind of weird that anonymous users have more permissions than existing users, did I miss a config option?
