Users randomly added to private messages (including messages from System) and we’re not sure how to figure out how this happened nor how to reproduce this issue; however, what we are seeing is that a random number of users have been added to many private messages including the system private messages that are being sent to Admins. An admin account has been added to all PMs by discobot!
There’s no significant ‘thing’ which links this random group of users to each other in a way that separates them from other users who weren’t added to the PMs. And there’s no ‘action message’ in the conversations (or the date to when they were added.)
Please, any one knows an idea how to uncover the issue that caused this and how to fix it?!!
