@michaeld is quite active in the Discourse community and they give back a ton of stuff to everyone in the open source style. Which is particularly valuable since they (Communiteq (formerly DiscourseHosting)) host a lot of Discourse sites at very reasonable rates, and have so much experience with real world Discourse hosting.
