I am facing an issue that occurs for a few days now and I don’t know why (no update, no change in settings as far as I know).
When someone registers on my forum, no mail verification is sent anymore. When I perform a backup and ask for the link to be sent, nothing is.
I tested with the small testing tool. It works, email is sent and received.
According to the logs, other notifications work on the forum.
As I have no idea how to handle this issue, I am asking for your help.

Are they logging in with oauth (like Google or Facebook) ? In that case, no verification is required.
No, these are regular registrations. I tried it myself and no mail was sent either.
Strange. And you haven’t somehow set the disable emails site setting?
No, the emails are enabled.

Ok, I tested: DMARC, DKIM, SPF, PTR and blacklists.
Everything is fine.
My main concern is about the backups that I can’t retrieve anymore.
Also, it seems that some registrations succeed so I have no idea what is going on.
Ok I think I found the problem.
Discourse processus for bundle command are saturating my memory little by little, making some of the common features unable to work properly at some point.
After rebooting the server, the notifications work as usual.
Is it a normal behaviour for a 2GBRAM + 512KB swap server?
