Watched words auto flagging isn’t working and hasn’t been since the update.
My watched words are set to flag. We haven’t received a system flag since the update when previously we’d receive many a day.
I tested them with test posts and private messages and the system is not flagging them.
Help please? Our watch words relate to suicide and self harm so they really need to work.
I set new custom flag categories, could this be the issue? The defaults are enabled however.
