This just randomly happened, any ideas? You cant access the site, just shows a blank backgroud

I was in the process of rebuilding it through commands so it was down. Can you try again?
OK, seeing same issue as you earlier.
Plugin clash? Have you tried Safe Mode?

It was a plugin, I believe it was the initial-spinner-loading plugin or something. Thank you!
