Weird admin menu after update

I just updated to 3.5.0.beta2-dev and now my admin menu is weird…

I’ve tried using a couple of links and they work OK, so it just looks like the text is broken. The user menu isn’t affected. It’s not a theme thing because all three of my themes, including default, all do the same thing.

How can I fix this?

I did a ./launcher rebuild app and the problem went away so I’m guessing something didn’t update properly.
