Why are the categories “Uncategorized” and “Site Feedback” capitalized?

Because in all the new installations all the pre-installed categories are capitalized.
- Uncategorized
- Site feedback
- Staff
- Lounge

Am I the only one who thinks that this deviation from the other categories is aesthetically unappealing?

It is possible, since you are the only one who noticed it or found it annoying and considered that any text (including the names of the pre-installed categories) can be edited on any Discourse instance.
