I just published my community, but I found that I can see all the users’ activities in the notification on the top right corner. Even for the message between other two people. Why is that? Is there any settings about notification? because the notification should be something only related to me. Thanks in advance!!!

Do you have the babble plugin installed? a similar issue has been reported with that in the past.
If that’s the case you should uninstall the plugin, as it’s no longer maintained.
