I honestly did not know that you needed to post that emoji on here. Tell me the use of this emoji on here. Tell me why we need it.

Discourse just makes the existing emojis available.

TL;DR:

Fr the same reason that it’s avaliable on Google Hangouts, Facebook Whatsapp and everywhere else.
