-> are the locales stored into my DB and not affected by (docker container) updates ?

Translations are updated whenever you update, unless you’ve previously modified the translation yourself. To resolve this, on your site you should go to the Customize 
Text section of the admin dashboard, search for js.post.controls.delete_topic_disallowed, and revert any changes.

Actually it is js.post.controls.delete_topic_disallowed_modal that’s wrong. Suggestion filed into transifex.
