Are you behind the ‘great’ firewall? It can be installed on most VPS’s with Ubuntu 18.04 offerings. Try a more local provider.

Plenty, but maybe the local regime doesn’t regard them like we do in the West, so even if they are not blacklisted now, they soon might be. I would recommend you use something within the walls. Perhaps a local Discourse admin can chime in.

We can’t support third party installation packages here. That installation doesn’t use docker which is also unsupported. It appears to be for ARM processors. You need to find a host where you can use the standard installation method.
