Hi, does Discourse allow users who are below the trust level for sending PMs or users that have reached their daily PM thread limit to send a PM to the administrator and/or moderators? In my case I would want all non-suspended users to always be able to contact me as the administrator.

I believe that users who donât have privilege to message can still message staff

Hi again, it looks like tl0 users can not send PMs to staff. Iâve received multiple (public) reports from new users that werenât able to send me a PM about a problem, and this thread confirms it:

Though this isnât that easy for users to discover the message button on the group page. But you can add a link which opens a prefilled composer somewhere, where your users will find it (about page, sidebar, header, âŚ)
