Thanks @Moin, that makes sense.

I haven’t had any call to use the category moderators setup yet. If the “See {link to setting}” is not a link for category moderators (and moderators it seems) then the initial suggestion in:

Display the value of approve_post_count below the relevant posts on the review queue

Suggestion: Change the beginning of the sentence that is displayed at the bottom of approve_post_count related posts in the queue: [Review-Queue-Approval-Number-Suggestion] to: “The first x posts from…” and if approve_post_count is set to 1 “The first post from…”

would be useful for moderators and category moderators.
