Here are my requirements:

• Add a search option based on Group Tags (If possible, allow a min-max range for filtering; if not, that’s fine).
• Display the topic list in a table format. (Grid by group tag)

I propose the following:

• • A plugin to allow users to filter content based on tags or custom field topics (Real Estate CRM).*
• • A theme component that provides a flexible viewing experience:*
  • Desktop users can choose between a list view and a grid view.
  • Mobile users can also switch between list and grid modes.

My budget is 450 USD.

I want a theme component for Discourse that includes:

1. Search Menu:

• The search menu should allow filtering based on multiple Group Tags.

• Within each Group Tag, users should be able to select multiple tags.

2. AND Logic for Group Tags:

• The filter should apply an AND logic between selected Group Tags, not OR. This means that results must match all selected tags across different groups.

3. Display Results in a Table:

• The filtered results should be displayed in a table format.

• Each Group Tag should correspond to a column in the table, making it easier for users to compare results.
