Review queue: link "helpful flags" to new "Flagged by" filter

AI-generated summary

The discussion proposes adding a direct link to the review queue filtered by ‘helpful flags’ on user profile pages, accessible only to moderators and admins. tobiaseigen suggested this feature to complement the existing link to ‘flagged posts’, noting that helpful flags currently lack a direct navigation path. ice.d confirmed the missing functionality, and darkpixlz moved the thread to the UX category, noting the current workaround involves manually filtering the review queue. NateDhaliwal highlighted the complexity of reaching this view if a user only has helpful flags. awesomerobot responded positively, opening a PR to implement the feature, which has since been merged and will be available in upcoming updates.

Now that we have FEATURE: add support for "Flagged By" filter in reviewable by SamSaffron · Pull Request #30197 · discourse/discourse · GitHub let’s also add a link to the filter from user profile pages, only accessible by moderators and admins. We already link to “flagged posts” so making “helpful flags” a link would be make sense.

We can see the deleted posts and flags and warnings but we can’t click on the helpful flags one why not?

Good question, seems unintended to me so I moved this to Contribute > UX. For now you can click on flags and just set it to “approved” despite the missing searchbar.

And then the problem is that if the user only has helpful flags, you would need to go the roundabout route to the review queue, filter for Approved, and show the ‘flagged by’ for that user.

This is a pretty straightforward addition, I’ve opened a PR for it here
