Managing Forum Moderators - Metrics & Reporting

Hi all! I lead the Ramp Community and manage our Discourse forum. We’ve recently added a few team members to help moderate, and I’m working with our data team to track key engagement metrics.

We’re specifically looking to measure:

  1. Assigned posts and whether the moderator has responded (we’ll count a reply as resolving it)
  2. SLA — time to first response

I haven’t found a native “mark as resolved” feature in Discourse, so I’m curious: How are others tracking moderator responses to assigned posts? Do you have any tips or workflows that have worked well for you?
