Well, one problem you will run into is that a lot of basic trust users may like the “what is it like to kiss Angela Jolie” topic, even if that is not the sort of topic you want on your site.
I’d imagine you would only want very highly trusted users, who have been around a long time and know the tone of the forum, approving topics.
