Finally, found it under “All site settings” . Then, search for “Email” That’s it. You’ll find the color heading and link color as well as the subject heading in the list of email settings.

You can do this in https://YOUR-FORUM/admin/customize/email_templates/user_notifications.account_exists under any email which has brackets in their subject line. Just clear out the brackets. [Account already exists. (Captioned by AI)]
