고정 "그룹을 삭제할 수 없습니다" 메시지

Repro steps:

1. Go to Groups page
2. Select some built-in group (e.g. Admins)
3. Click on the Delete which displays the This is an automatic group and cannot be deleted. message
4. Go back and select some user-defined group
5. Result: The error message is still there although it is not relevant anymore.
